How old do I have to be to start driving a car on the road?
You can start learning to drive at aged 17.
How do I apply for a Provisional Licence?
You will have to complete the Driving Licence application form D1 and photo card application form D750 (available from most Post Offices).
Can I start driving lessons before I have passed my Theory Test?
Yes. I would recommend that you have a few lessons prior to applying for the Theory Test. The practical driving experience will help make more sense and we can assist in your study for the exam if required.
Do you charge more for the weekends or evening driving lessons?
No. We charge the same regardless of the day or time.
Can I do more than a one hour driving lesson?
Yes. We can do any requested period of time or frequency to suit you. Most pupils find it more beneficial to do one and a half hour lessons.
Can I be picked up and dropped off in a different place?
Yes. Within reason.
